Review Meeting of Time-Limit Letters Held

CNN Central News & Network – ITDC India E-Press / ITDC News Bhopal:Under the guidance of Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh, a Time-Limit (TL) review meeting was successfully conducted under the chairmanship of ADM Bhupendra Goyal, Ankur Meshram, and District Panchayat CEO Ila Tiwari.

In the TL meeting, all district officials were instructed to give high priority to resolving pending complaints on the CM Helpline. It was emphasized that this week, all SDMs and departmental officers should personally monitor pending complaints and ensure their resolution. No complaint should be force-closed without valid reasons, and complaints marked as “poor disposal” should be reopened and resolved again.

The meeting was attended by SDMs and officers from the respective departments.
