CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that under the call of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, every street and neighborhood in the state has become adorned with the Tricolor as part of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. On the auspicious occasion of Independence Day, the entire nation is immersed in the celebration of freedom. Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, both the country and our state are progressing on the path of development.
The Chief Minister made these remarks at the inauguration of the grand Tiranga Yatra being held under the Subhash Nagar R.O.B. in Bhopal as part of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. He extended his best wishes to the people of the state and the country for the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. The Tiranga Yatra saw the participation of Minister of Cooperation, Sports, and Youth Welfare Vishwas Sarang, Bhopal Mayor Malti Rai, MP Shri V.D. Sharma, and two-time Olympic bronze medalist Indian hockey team midfielder Vivek Sagar, along with two-time Olympian and Arjuna Awardee in shooting, Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar. Both athletes were also honored during the event.
The Tiranga Yatra received greetings from approximately 101 stages
Under the leadership of the Chief Minister, school children and athletes enthusiastically advanced in the Yatra, waving the Tricolor amidst the showers of the monsoon and the tunes of patriotic songs. The entire atmosphere of the Subhash Nagar area was filled with patriotism, with school children dressed as freedom fighters, students gracefully moving forward in the form of Bharat Mata, and the rousing tunes played by the school band. The Tiranga Yatra was warmly welcomed with flower showers by people from various communities, local residents, sports clubs, school and college students, and various social organizations from approximately 101 stages.
