CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: As per the directions of Collector Singh, CEO, District Panchayat Bhopal, Ila Tiwari, reviewed the preparations for the “Sankalp Se Samadhan” campaign during the TL meeting.

While reviewing the campaign, CEO Ila Tiwari stated that the Government of Madhya Pradesh is committed to good governance and self-rule (good governance and Swaraj). She said that to achieve the goal of a Developed Madhya Pradesh, the Sankalp Se Samadhan Campaign is being conducted across the state till 31 March 2026 to ensure that eligible beneficiaries receive the benefits of schemes and services of both the Central and State Governments.

Under the campaign, teams formed in urban areas and Gram Panchayat regions of Bhopal district are conducting door-to-door visits to collect applications and complaints from eligible beneficiaries at the Gram Panchayat, Urban Local Body, and district levels. Along with this, continuous monitoring of these teams is being carried out by the designated nodal officers.

At the district level, the Municipal Commissioner has been appointed as the nodal officer for urban areas, while the CEO of the District Panchayat has been designated as the nodal officer for rural areas. Instructions were issued to conduct an extensive door-to-door awareness drive, finalize camp dates, and identify beneficiaries, along with ensuring wide publicity, so that maximum citizens can submit applications and avail themselves of government schemes.

The primary objective of the campaign, which begins at the village and ward levels and extends up to the district level, is to ensure that no eligible beneficiary is deprived of the benefits of any government scheme.

Referring to the compliance report of the Collectors–Commissioners Conference, CEO District Panchayat Ila Tiwari directed all departments to ensure tangible progress in line with the prescribed targets and to take result-oriented action through regular monitoring.

During the meeting, Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Sumit Kumar Pandey issued clear instructions to ensure quality, satisfactory, and time-bound disposal of complaints pending on the Chief Minister’s Helpline for 50 and 100 days. He also directed the Revenue Department to bring speed and transparency in cases related to mutation, partition, demarcation, and former registry, stating that effective execution of these tasks would lead to a significant improvement in Bhopal district’s ranking.

The meeting was attended by ADM Prakash Nayak and other senior officials from the concerned departments.
