CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: India’s National Capital Region (NCR) is witnessing a growing pipeline of premium and super-luxury residential developments in 2026, with Gurugram emerging as one of the key centres of high-end housing activity. Developers are preparing projects across established luxury corridors as demand for premium homes continues to shape the region’s residential market.
Among the prominent projects in Gurugram are Max Estates in Sector 59, M3M Brabus Residences in Sector 58, Anant Raj Estate One in Sector 63A, Conscient Hines Elevate in Sector 63A, Godrej Verano in Sector 63A, Emaar Marbella 2 in Sector 66 and a luxury residential development by Smartworld Developers in Sector 67. These projects are part of a broader pipeline concentrated around Golf Course Road and Golf Course Extension Road.
Golf Course Extension Road has become an important luxury housing corridor, supported by connectivity to Golf Course Road, NH-48, Sohna Road, Southern Peripheral Road and major employment hubs. The area is also seeing increased development of amenity-rich residential communities.
The luxury pipeline extends beyond Gurugram. Across NCR, premium developments are also being planned and delivered in Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway and Ghaziabad, particularly around major infrastructure and employment corridors.
According to JLL, key luxury hotspots in NCR include established locations such as Golf Course Road as well as emerging corridors offering new infrastructure and residential opportunities.
The scale of upcoming launches reflects the changing profile of NCR’s luxury housing market, where developers are increasingly focusing on larger homes, branded residences, lifestyle amenities, wellness-oriented communities and premium locations.
With a substantial project pipeline expected through 2026, NCR’s luxury real estate market is set to remain an important segment of India’s evolving residential landscape.
