CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A district-level Tourism Quiz competition was organized under the joint aegis of the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board and the District Archaeology, Tourism & Culture Council, Bhopal. The event took place at Campion School, 1100 Quarters, Arera Colony, Bhopal. More than 700 students from 255 government and private schools participated in the competition.
On this occasion, District Education Officer N.K. Ahirwar, Joint Secretary Sandeep Srivastava, State Coordinator Ravikant Thakur, and Event In-Charge Ragini Saini were present.
In the Tourism Quiz competition:
First Prize was awarded to Prarthana Pachauri, Sadhana Nayak, and Khemabai Kurmi from Girls’ Residential Sanskrit School, Class 12.
Second Prize went to Sakshi Pandey, Saman Irshad, and Mutahir Khan from Higher Secondary School for Girls, Barkhedi Jahangirabad.
Third Prize was secured by Ishita Sharma, Vedansh Maheshwari, and Anvi Agrawal from Sagar Public School.
In addition, the following teams received consolation prizes:
Adi Jain, Mahika Solanki, and Dhruv Neekhra from Sagar Public School,
Deepti Bahera, Megha Srivastava, and Sarvagya Kaushik from Sagar Public School, Gandhi Nagar (5th place),
Ayaan Jain, Nandini Rautela, and Sanskar Meena from Higher Secondary School of Excellence, Subhash, Shivaji Nagar (6th place).
