CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress / ITDC News Bhopal: Training of polling officers for Lok Sabha Election – 2024 was completed. Training was imparted at 8 centers of Bhopal district at MANIT Institute, Model Higher Secondary, BNS College, ITI Govindpura, Ravindra Bhawan, Samanvay Bhawan TT Nagar Bhopal and State Animal Husbandry Training Institute, Bhopal. Under which more than 14000 officers and employees were trained. Today also 1250 micro observers will be trained at three training centers. On Friday, about 2804 PO-1, P-1, P-2, P-3, and 2696 total officers and employees were trained.

The training was conducted in all 8 training institutes of Bhopal. In which more than 16461 officers and employees will be trained for Lok Sabha Election 2024

For the Lok Sabha General Election 2024, training started for the polling personnel of the five assembly constituencies of the district simultaneously in two shifts each. This training was conducted in two shifts at the appointed place of the concerned Janpad Panchayat. The training started simultaneously at 8 places of Bhopal under the chairmanship of Collector and District Election Officer Kaushlendra Vikram Singh.

Duties and responsibilities of polling team by Master Trainers, appointment of counting agents at polling station, action to be taken one day before polling station, preparation and mock poll before poll, pre-poll preparation and mock poll, order of mock poll, change of machines during mock poll, sealing of machines after mock poll,  Actual commencement of poll, persons holding permission to enter polling station, exchange of entry of voters at polling station, enforcement of election law in and around polling station, polling process, special conditions during poll, displacement of battery, displacement, wrong print on VVPAT paper slip, proceedings at close of poll, preparation and packing of election records,  Information about King, Booklet Form, etc. was given. Apart from this, the presiding officers have also been trained by Master Trainers with the knowledge of Do Not Do Not (Dod) Not.

In the first phase of training program from April 1 to 5, Presiding Officer and Polling Party Officer Number 1, Polling Party Officer Number 2 and Polling Party Officer 3 attended the training.

Master Jitendra Parmar, Sanjay Dixit, R.K. Sharma, Piyush Bhatnagar, Santosh Bhargava, Pramod Kumar Verma, Ajay Bhardwaj, Amardeep Singh and Master Trainer Coordinator K.R. Singh were present at the training centers. Dr. Dhote and Dr. Tuli Dr. Nair provided the training.
