A one-day workshop on the theme “Tribal Pride: Historical, Cultural, and Spiritual Contributions” was organized at Barkatullah University, Bhopal. The event commenced at 11:00 AM with the arrival of esteemed guests and the traditional lighting of the lamp ceremony.

The inaugural speech was delivered by Vice-Chancellor Prof. S.K. Jain, who highlighted the contributions of tribal communities in India’s freedom struggle and emphasized the importance of preserving their cultural heritage.

Objective of the Workshop

The primary goal of this workshop was to explore and understand tribal languages, scripts, traditional medicines, and knowledge systems while also introducing younger generations to the freedom fighters and the endangered tribal culture.
