CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the death anniversary of the late editor Sujata Munukutla of the online magazine Prachi Pragya, a special event titled “Book Launch & Saraswat Festival” was organized at Government Sanskrit College, Shimla.

During the ceremony, three print editions of the Prachi Pragya online journal—Bhaswati, Saraswati, and Payaswati—were released in dedicated tribute to the late Sujata Ji.

Scholars and dignitaries from across India paid heartfelt homage to Dr. Sujata, honoring her literary contributions and editorial legacy.

The event was graciously organized by Dr. Mukesh Sharma, Principal of Government Sanskrit College, Pagli (Shimla), and Dr. Rameshwar Dutt of HHH Publishing Pvt. Ltd., Chandigarh.

The program was graced by the Honorable Vice-Chancellor of Himachal Pradesh University, Professor Mahavir Singh, whose presence added great prestige to the occasion.

Also present were Professor Bhawani Singh, Head of the Sanskrit Department at Himachal Pradesh University, and Professor Gyanchand, from the Department of History, Panjab University, whose presence further elevated the event.

More than 200 students from the college, along with several distinguished scholars and intellectuals from Punjab and Himachal Pradesh, attended the event—making it a truly historic moment.
