The new product uses communication moments, including incoming-call and post-call attention points, as surfaces for brand discovery and purchase intent.

The tool is built for direct advertisers and combines AI-driven relevance with commerce integrations. Truecaller says the product is aimed at categories such as FMCG, beauty, pharma, fintech and mobility, where timing and contextual relevance can influence the consumer journey.

The launch is global and is being opened first to selected always-on advertisers. With Truecaller operating across more than 150 countries and serving a large daily advertising inventory, the company is positioning Call-to-Cart as a full-funnel commerce layer for brands that want shorter paths from awareness to transaction.
