CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Water Resources Minister Tulsiram Silawat, during his visit to Chhatarpur district on Monday, held a review meeting with officials at a private hotel in Khajuraho on works related to the Ken-Betwa Link Project.
Bijawar MLA Rajesh Shukla, Gunaur MLA Dr Rajesh Kumar Verma, Principal Secretary of the Water Resources Department Sandeep Yadav, Collector Mrinal Meena, SP Rajat Saklecha, District Panchayat CEO Namah Shivay Arjariya and other concerned officials were present at the meeting.
Minister Silawat reviewed the construction progress of the proposed Dhoodhan Dam under the project, along with the distribution of compensation and rehabilitation of displaced families. Issuing instructions to officials, he said that not a single eligible person should be left out. He also directed that all eligible people be linked with government schemes as per their entitlement.
