CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Sant Hirdaram Girls’ College, Bhopal successfully concluded a two-day intensive Management Training Program organized by the Management Circle. This high-level training conference was held in collaboration with MakeIntern and the prestigious Entrepreneurship Cell of IIM Bangalore. The event was conducted under the distinguished Business Plan Championship Program 2025.
The program aimed to enhance students’ industry-oriented managerial competencies, develop strong entrepreneurial thinking, and refine strategic planning skills. The sessions were led by MakeIntern trainer/consultant and Director of Green Décor, New Delhi, Gaurav Vashistha, who provided highly interactive and insightful training while equipping students with advanced concepts relevant to the modern business landscape.
The rigorous training module included effective value proposition design, criteria for DPIIT Startup Certification, the aggregator business model, proof-of-concept development processes, and advanced market analysis techniques such as TAM, SAM, and SOM. Students conducted in-depth SWOT analyses and engaged in practical learning of major innovation frameworks, including SCAMPER brainstorming, reverse thinking, research and development, and observation-based analysis.

The program also focused on advanced concepts related to product planning and innovation. Students developed a deep understanding of ancillary effects, the interdependence of primary and secondary products, and structured innovation methodologies—skills crucial in today’s dynamic business environment.
Notably, this training program served as the preliminary and mandatory qualifying round for the National Business Plan Championship. After a rigorous evaluation, five outstanding students from the college will be selected to represent the institution at the National Final Round to be held at the IIM Bangalore campus. This opportunity will provide students with a highly prestigious platform to showcase their strategic and innovative capabilities at the national level.
The Principal of the college, Dr. Dalima Parwani, stated that this collaboration with IIM Bangalore’s E-Cell and MakeIntern marks a major milestone in the institution’s commitment to academic excellence and professional development. She emphasized that the program has equipped students with real, advanced strategic tools enabling them to transform academic theories into effective entrepreneurial action. She expressed pride in the initiative, saying it further strengthens the college’s role in shaping future business leaders.
