CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The Training and Placement Cell of Radharaman Group organized a two-day student development program at Radharaman Institute of Technology and Science. The program was conducted by HR specialist Chandan S. Bhatwadkar, who has over 12 years of experience in the HR field.
The main objective of the program was to enhance the students’ skills and prepare them for interviews. During the program, Chandan Bhatwadkar provided the students with valuable insights on placements, resume building, interview preparation, job search strategies, and professional etiquette.
The students were informed about various aspects of securing a job, helping them build a strong foundation for their careers. Chandan Bhatwadkar shared his experiences and offered tips that would be useful for students in securing future employment.
