CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: The prestigious A+ grade Satya Sai Women’s College, Bhopal, hosted the Utsah-2026 Award Ceremony in 2026. The Chief Guest of the program was Hon’ble S.K. Jain, Vice-Chancellor, Barkatullah University, Bhopal. The ceremony was presided over by Hon’ble Jambu Bhandari, Chairperson, Governing Council, Satya Sai Women’s College.

The event commenced with Vedic chanting, lighting of the lamp, and Saraswati Vandana. Director Pratibha Singh delivered the welcome address, felicitating the dignitaries. Principal Archana Srivastava and Law Faculty Head Anju Bajpai presented the annual report of the college. On this occasion, students were awarded gold medals and prizes for their outstanding performance throughout the year.

In the Arts Faculty, Uma Banjariya received the gold medal as the Best Student of the Faculty.

In the Commerce Faculty, Anshika Joshi was awarded the gold medal for Best Student.

In the Education and Law Faculties, Meesm Mujahid and Shivnandani Dubey were honored for securing the highest marks.

At the undergraduate level, Akshara Saxena, and at the postgraduate level, Firdos Rehman and Drishti Krishnamurti were awarded for achieving the highest marks.

In the field of sports and service:

Vaishnavi Gupta was recognized as Best Athlete,

Anshika Joshi as Best NSS Volunteer,

Deepika Haldar as Best Camp Participant, and

Senior Under Officer Anjali Chauhan as Best NCC Cadet.

In her address, the Chief Guest emphasized the importance of personality development and moral education, stating that the college plays a crucial role in nurturing and empowering its students. Presiding officer Jambu Bhandari highlighted the significance of hard work and dedication while giving her blessings.

Following the award distribution, a colorful cultural program was held, featuring dance and musical performances centered on women’s empowerment. The program concluded with the Baba’s Mahamangala Aarti. The event was conducted by Anupama Chauhan and Shikha Mandloi.
