CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress / ITDC News Bhopal: Thalapathy Vijay brought the streets of Trivandrum to a standstill as he arrived in Kerala for the shooting of his upcoming film, ‘GOAT’ or ‘The Greatest of All Time’. Thousands of fans gathered outside the airport to welcome Vijay and followed him as he reached his hotel. However, the car in which Vijay travelled was damaged by fans. A video of the car shows shredded glass and multiple dents.
Vijay is expected to shoot for ‘GOAT’ for almost a week. The actor’s team was overwhelmed seeing the huge turnout of fans to welcome the ‘Leo’ actor after 14 years in Kerala.

Thalapathy Vijay teamed up with director Venkat Prabhu for ‘GOAT’. The film is expected to be wrapped up in the coming months and is likely to hit theatres later this year.
We had earlier reported that Trisha is likely to play a cameo role in ‘GOAT’. This is their next appearance after director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s ‘Leo’. It is said that she has finished her portions, which also includes a song.
Vijay will play two roles – as a protagonist and antagonist – in the film. The ensemble cast including Prashanth, Prabhudheva, Sneha, Ajmal Ameer, Vaibhav, Laila, Mohan, Aravind Akash and Ajay Raj will take the sides of the hero and villain.
