CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Vodafone Idea (VI), the country’s third-largest telecom company, has launched a new ₹25 data voucher for its users. This plan is similar to the ₹26 data voucher recently introduced by Bharti Airtel. Under this plan, users receive 1.5GB of additional data, which is valid for just one day.
Similarities Between VI and Airtel Plans
The benefits of both Airtel and VI’s ₹26 data vouchers are nearly identical. These vouchers allow users to get extra data when their daily data limit is exhausted. It’s important to note that these data vouchers can only be used if an active base plan is already in place on the user’s number. Without a base plan that includes benefits like calling or SMS, recharging with this data voucher would be ineffective.
VI’s ₹25 Plan
Vodafone Idea’s new plan is useful for users who have run out of daily data and immediately need additional data. This plan offers 1.5GB of extra data. Additionally, VI users can also opt for a ₹22 voucher that provides 1GB of data. These plans can be recharged through VI’s website or app.
No Calling or SMS Benefits
This data voucher does not include any calling, data, or SMS benefits, as it is solely meant for boosting additional data usage.
