CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: At the Bhoj Open University campus in Madhya Pradesh, a program was organized under the Voter Awareness Campaign on this auspicious occasion of democracy. The main objective of the campaign is to urge every eligible voter, aged 18 years and above, to cast their vote in the Lok Sabha elections scheduled for May 7, 2024, in Bhopal and other areas. Pamphlets on voter awareness were distributed by the Election Department during the program. Officials of the university, professors, all staff members, and students from the Special Education Department and the General Education Department were present on this occasion.

During the program, the Director of the university, Mr. L.P. Jhariya, enlightened the entire university family present about the importance of voting, emphasizing that we must definitely exercise our right to vote. He explained that voting is our right, and in this sacred occasion of democracy, we must surely participate. At the end of the program, Dr. Jhariya also administered the oath of casting votes to all the present members.
