CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress / ITDC News Bhopal: A weekly review meeting regarding time-bound official correspondence was held in the Collectorate conference hall under the chairmanship of Priyank Mishra. During the meeting, Collector Mishra instructed officials to organize special beneficiary camps for tribal communities from May 18 to May 25 in Bhanpur Kekadia village of Bhopal district under the nationwide campaign “Janbhagidari – Sabse Door Sabse Pehle” as part of the PM Janman and Dharti Aaba schemes. He emphasized ensuring effective field outreach, complete saturation of government schemes, and efficient implementation of health extension services during the campaign.

Collector Priyank Mishra also directed officials to conduct physical verification of camps organized from May 15 to May 30 for creating Farmer IDs for farmers through the e-Vikas System Portal for fertilizer distribution. Stressing the need for prompt and quality disposal of pending complaints on the Chief Minister Helpline, he warned that show-cause notices would be issued to officials displaying negligence in their duties.

During the meeting, the Collector instructed all departments to carry out official work only through the government’s e-office system. He directed that incomplete files should not be processed and all documents must be forwarded through the e-office platform. Calling it an important initiative of the government, he instructed departments to ensure weekly progress in its implementation.

Collector Mishra also directed officials to organize special camps for Aadhaar verification of citizens above 18 years of age and for senior citizens above 100 years of age. Additionally, instructions were issued to concerned officials to achieve targets under the Jal Ganga Sanvardhan Abhiyan and ensure updated information is regularly uploaded on the portal.

In view of the upcoming meeting of the District Development Advisory Committee, Collector Mishra instructed all departments to systematically prepare information regarding their issues, future action plans, and general district-related details for presentation before public representatives. He also directed all departments to mandatorily submit progress reports during weekly review meetings.

Further, Priyank Mishra instructed all Sub-Divisional Officers to conduct regular inspections of explosive and firecracker establishments, prepare monthly reports, and ensure necessary action against license holders and unauthorized persons after proper verification.
