CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A weekly review meeting of time-bound letters was held in the District Panchayat meeting hall under the chairmanship of Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh. The meeting reviewed complaints received through the CM Helpline and other time-bound letters from various departments, with directives given to ensure timely and quality resolution of these issues.

Collector Singh instructed the departmental officers to resolve all pending CM Helpline cases in a timely manner and prioritize their resolution. He specifically highlighted complaints that have been pending for more than 100 days and directed their prompt resolution, stressing that no case should be unnecessarily delayed.

He appreciated the progress made under the revenue campaign and instructed officials to continue this momentum. In addition, clear directives were given to closely monitor and swiftly resolve cases related to illegal colonies. He also suggested the formation of a ‘Colony Cell’ to effectively monitor and address these issues promptly and systematically.

Collector Singh reviewed the progress of cases under the Public Service Guarantee Act and instructed that no case should exceed the stipulated time frame. He emphasized the importance of each department regularly reviewing its respective schemes and cases and presenting updated progress reports.

Additionally, detailed information about the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, was provided. Collector Singh instructed all departments to ensure their mandatory presence at public welfare camps and to promptly address the complaints received there to provide maximum relief to the public.

During the meeting, Collector Singh urged officials to ensure the effective implementation of all government welfare schemes so that the public can benefit fully and administrative transparency and efficiency can be maintained in the district.
