CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Collector and District Election Officer Kaushalendra Vikram Singh has directed all SDMs to make preparations for the special intensive revision (SIR) of the voter list scheduled for October. He instructed that SDM meetings be organized to provide comprehensive training to BLOs at the assembly constituency level and emphasized that strict action should be taken against any staff showing negligence or absenteeism in the work.

Under Collector Singh’s chairmanship, a weekly review meeting of time-bound letters was held. ADM Ankur Meshram, P.C. Shakya, and officers from various departments were present at the meeting.

During the meeting, the Collector instructed the SDMs, Department of Farmer Welfare, and District Panchayat to prepare an action plan through joint meetings to prevent stubble burning after the Kharif crop season. He emphasized that phased and coordinated efforts should be made to effectively control stubble burning. He also stressed the timely and satisfactory resolution of pending complaints on the CM Helpline, Samadhan Online, and CM Dashboard.

Collector Singh directed all SDMs to resolve revenue cases related to renaming, partition, and demarcation in Bhopal district on a war-footing basis. He further instructed that a detailed report of actions taken in the next seven days should be submitted.

He stated that SDMs should monitor and resolve cases related to occupancy rights, land allocation, and other revenue matters within the prescribed timeline. Tehsildar Court cases should be systematically resolved, with regular inspections ensured. The Collector also instructed DUDA to prepare a detailed proposal for the formation of new tehsils in Bhopal district and submit it to the government. Additionally, he reviewed the progress of work related to renaming, partition, comprehensive e-KYC, former registry, and e-KYC under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, emphasizing the need to accelerate these tasks.
