CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A weekly review meeting of time-bound cases was held in the Collectorate conference hall under the chairmanship of Collector Kaushalendra Singh. The meeting included a review of complaints received through the CM Helpline and time-bound letters from various departments, with instructions for their timely and quality resolution. Director Singh instructed departmental officers to resolve pending CM Helpline cases in their respective departments promptly and on a priority basis, emphasizing that no case should be unnecessarily delayed.

Collector Singh directed all SDMs to inspect firecracker shops in their respective areas. He also instructed that there should be adequate availability of fertilizers in the district and that appropriate arrangements be ensured. Land acquisition cases should not remain pending, and there should be no delay in metro displacement work. Collector Singh directed the concerned officials to ensure necessary arrangements at soybean and paddy procurement centers.

In the review meeting, the collector ordered a show-cause notice to be issued to the absent officer from the Animal Husbandry, Social Justice, and Disabled Welfare Department. He mentioned that an online review of Samadhan will be conducted in the last week of November. All department officials were instructed to ensure the timely and quality resolution of complaints received through the CM Helpline.
