CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Under the aegis of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), the West Zone Inter-University Men’s Volleyball Tournament 2025–26, organized by LNCT University, Bhopal, at the LNCT University campus on Kolar Road, Bhopal, witnessed thrilling matches on the fourth day of the five-day event.
In the Pool ‘A’ quarterfinal match, Lokjagruti University delivered an impressive performance, defeating LNIPE, Gwalior, 3–0 to secure a place in the Top 4. In the Pool ‘B’ quarterfinal, Manipal University overcame RTM, Nagpur, with a 3–1 victory to also book its spot in the Top 4.
Several exciting matches were also played in Pools ‘C’ and ‘D’. HNGU defeated RNTU 3–0, Parul University edged past SPPU Pune 3–2, Nirma University beat COEP 3–1, SVKM defeated SGS University 3–0, PDUS overcame Kadisarva 3–0, MIT World Peace University defeated LNCT University 3–0, and MGSU beat PPSU 3–0 to advance to the next round.
The tournament continues to showcase excellent sportsmanship, discipline, and highly competitive performances by players from various universities, keeping spectators thoroughly engaged and enthusiastic.
