Kalptaru Multiplier Limited, Bhopal, in collaboration with the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), organized a seminar on “Empowering Women in Financial Management” at the Digambar Jain Temple in Saket Nagar, Bhopal, to ensure women’s participation in the country’s growing economy and development.
Program coordinator Lalit Amitabh Manyan Jain stated that the chief guests for the event were Malti Rai, Mayor of Bhopal, and Bhakti Sharma, National Executive Member of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s Youth Wing, who launched “Women Entrepreneurship and Self-Reliance – Honor 2024.”
As the keynote speaker, Vijay Patel from MCX Indore highlighted the role of women in financial management.
On this occasion, six outstanding women entrepreneurs from Bhopal—Abha Jain, Architect Sandhya Jain, CA Shubhani Jain, Advocate Ruchika Gohil, educationist Ms. Mitul Jain, and industrialist Ishita Modi—were honored for their remarkable contributions in their fields and for providing employment to hundreds. Five young women have also set an example by stepping into entrepreneurship at a young age. Mrs. Malti Rai praised the institution’s efforts, while Bhakti Sharma urged all women to come forward to uplift society and ensure their participation.
Present at the event were Savita Aditya Manyan Jain, Director of Kalptaru; Lalit Amitabh Manyan Jain, National Women’s President of the Indian Jain Milan; Rashmi Manoj Jain from Mahavir International (Women’s Wing); prominent social worker Hemlata Kothari; Hiramani Kasliwal from the All India Digambar Jain Women’s Council; Disha Jain, Vaishali Bhagwatkar, Lovely Chandraesh Jain, Shobhna Shailendra Jain, Swati Yash Jain, and other women from the community.
