CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: A one-day workshop on “Moral Ethics in Personal and Professional Life” was organized at RCVP Noronha Academy of Administration, Shahpura, Bhopal by the Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board. The event was sponsored by the All India Institute of Local Self-Government, Bhopal.

The keynote speaker of the workshop was renowned motivational speaker Dr. Nanditesh Nilay, who traveled from Noida to Bhopal for the occasion. He delivered an elaborate lecture to the officials of the Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board on how to effectively manage personal and professional life. Dr. Nilay emphasized how an individual can refine their personality by overcoming ego, and how ethical values can be established in the workplace.

In the second phase of the lecture series, Kumar Purushottam, Managing Director of the Madhya Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board, encouraged officials to work with dedication for the betterment of the institution. Former IAS officer D. P. Tiwari also advised all officers and employees to contribute sincerely to the interests of the organization.

The workshop saw the participation of distinguished officers including Vikas Mishra (IAS), Ritu Chauhan, Savita Jhania (Joint Director, Mandi Board), Chandrashekhar Vashishtha, R. R. Ahirwar, Madhukar Pawar, Ms. Sangeeta Dhoke, Rashmi Kashyap, Praveen Verma, Sona Jaiswal, as well as all regional officers from seven divisions of Madhya Pradesh, secretaries of various mandis, executive engineers, assistant engineers, deputy engineers, Arvind Parihar, Yogesh Nagle, Piyush Sharma, K. R. Sharma, among others.
