World Environment Day Celebrated by the Faculty of Agriculture at Bhabha University

CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: World Environment Day was celebrated by the Faculty of Agriculture at Bhabha University. On this occasion, everyone enthusiastically participated in the program and planted 30 fruit-bearing and shade-giving trees. The university’s CEO Mr. Prasad Pillai, Pro Vice-Chancellor N.K. Agrawal, Registrar Shyam Patkar, and Dean of Agriculture Faculty Dr. U.S. Thakur also planted saplings to encourage the students and took a pledge to plant more trees and protect the environment.

The entire faculty of the Agriculture Department also emphasized “End Plastic Pollution” and advised everyone to stay plastic-free. Prof. Sonali Tanwar, the coordinator of this program from the Agriculture Faculty, expressed gratitude to all and extended warm greetings on World Environment Day.
