CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the occasion of World Food Day 2025, the Department of Botany and Microbiology at Sri Satya Sai Women’s College, Bhopal organized an expert talk on the topic:
“Nature’s Recycler: How Mushrooms Turn Waste into Wellness”, presented by Dr. Shadma Siddiqui, Professor, University of Bisha, Saudi Arabia.
The program was attended by Dr. Pratibha Singh (Director), Dr. Neena Arora (In-charge Principal), Dr. Anju Bajpai (Principal, Faculty of Law), along with all faculty members and students.
The event was successfully conducted under the guidance of Dr. Renu Mishra (Head of Department), with the support of Dr. Shikha Mandloi, Dr. Nishi Yadav, and Ms. Supriya Gupta.
The lecture highlighted the environmental and nutritional significance of mushrooms, conveying a message of sustainability, health, and respect for nature.
