CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the occasion of the United Nations declaring December 21 as World Meditation Day, a special meditation session was organized at the Institute of Excellence in Higher Education (IHE). The event concluded gracefully with the practice of Heartfulness meditation.

All officials and staff of the institute actively participated in the session. This unique experience of meditation allowed participants to feel the infinite flow of divinity.

The institute’s Director, Pragnesh Kumar Agrawal, emphasized the importance of meditation in contemporary times during his welcome address. He praised the Heartfulness organization and expressed gratitude for their support in making the event a success.

Dr. Neel Kelkar, in charge of Madhya Pradesh Zone 03 and a trainer, provided detailed insights about World Meditation Day and the role of the Heartfulness organization. The meditation session was conducted by trainer Neeta Raghuvanshi, while the program was anchored by trainer Ramkrishna Srivastava.

On this occasion, a set of books was presented to the Indian Knowledge Tradition Cell of the institute. Special attendees included Pragya Nayak, Mahendra Kumar Singhai, Mahipal Singh Yadav, and Mukesh Jain.

This event marked a significant step by the institute towards meditation and inner peace, receiving immense appreciation from participants.
