CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: On the occasion of World Meditation Day, a grand two-day Ahvan Meditation Festival is being organized under the aegis of Ahvan Mission on 20 and 21 December 2025 (Saturday–Sunday) at the Kabir World Pyramid Meditation Center, Vikramaditya College, Ratibad, Bhopal.

This festival is dedicated to spreading the message of mental peace, self-awakening, and world peace among the masses through meditation, yoga, yajna, satsang, and collective spiritual practice.

Day One — 20 December 2025 (Saturday)

The program will commence at 3:00 PM with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, to be performed by Dr. Mahadev Pandagre (Principal, Vikramaditya College). This will be followed by bhajans and kirtans presented by the local women’s group.

From 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM, a musical Anapanasati meditation practice will be conducted by Sadhak Didi.

From 5:35 PM onwards, Agnihotra and Aarti will be performed by Lokesh (Madhav Ashram), and Deep Yajna will be conducted under the guidance of Sister Anita (Gayatri Mahila Mandal, Neelbad).

Day Two — 21 December 2025 (Sunday)

The day will begin at 7:01 AM with Agnihotra.

From 7:15 AM to 8:15 AM, a Gayatri Yajna will be conducted by Pt. Shyam Acharya (Gayatri Parivar).

From 8:15 AM to 9:30 AM, a session on Surya Namaskar, Yoga, and Pranayama will be conducted by Yoga Acharya Nandkishore (Shri Krishna Yogdham, Ujjain).

This will be followed by the Harit Veer Tree Plantation Festival, Kabir chanting, Pragya drink, and a light refreshment break.

Main Program (10:00 AM to 11:00 AM)

The program will be presided over by Satya Swaroop Sahib (President — Kabir World and Vishvam Vishvarupam).

The Chief Guest will be Yoga Acharya Nandkishore.

Special Guests will include Aditya Narolia (Chairman — Vikramaditya Group), Manish Tiwari (Industrialist and Social Worker), and Dr. S. D. Virendra (National Flag Bearer — Harit Veer Vahini Bharat), along with representatives from various organizations.

From 11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, Heartfulness Meditation will be conducted by Dr. S. D. Virendra.

From 12:00 Noon to 1:30 PM, a panel discussion will be held with participation from PSSM, Sahaj Yoga, Brahma Kumaris, Gayatri Parivar, and Prafullit Teerth.

From 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, a community feast (Bhandara) will be organized along with Kabir chanting.

From 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM, an activity session will be conducted by the Vivekananda Kendra;

from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM, a divine satsang will be delivered by Satya Swaroop Sahib;

and from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM, Kabir chanting and bhajans will be held.

From 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Anapanasati meditation will take place, followed by World Peace Prayer, pledge recitation, and a vote of thanks from 5:00 PM to 5:35 PM.

The festival will conclude with Agnihotra, Aarti, and Deepotsav (Festival of Lamps).
