CNN Central News & Network–ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed a large public gathering during a major development and welfare program held in Nautanwa in Maharajganj district. The event marked the inauguration and foundation stone laying of 79 projects worth more than ₹208 crore, along with the implementation of various welfare schemes by multiple government departments.
Speaking at the program, CM Yogi emphasized the Uttar Pradesh government’s commitment to rapid infrastructure development, social welfare, and inclusive growth. He highlighted that the projects would improve road connectivity, healthcare facilities, education infrastructure, drinking water systems, and employment opportunities in the region.
The Chief Minister also underlined the importance of welfare initiatives focused on empowering economically weaker sections, promoting self-reliance, and enhancing livelihoods through skill development and government support schemes.
The event witnessed participation from local residents, beneficiaries, elected representatives, and administrative officials. Several beneficiaries also received support under welfare programs during the ceremony.
The large-scale development initiative reflects the state government’s continued focus on strengthening infrastructure and improving public services across eastern Uttar Pradesh and border districts like Maharajganj.
