The initiative was aimed at promoting self-employment, skill enhancement, and financial empowerment among workers and economically weaker sections.
The toolkits were distributed to beneficiaries linked with schemes related to labor welfare, handicrafts, small businesses, technical skills, and livelihood support programs.
