CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that the state's economy and pace of development have accelerated significantly since 2017, driven by the rapid expansion of connectivity and infrastructure. Continuing this development journey, he inaugurated and laid the foundation stones for multiple public welfare projects worth more than ₹613 crore in the Saharanpur Nagar and Saharanpur Dehat Assembly constituencies.
The projects are aimed at strengthening urban and rural infrastructure, improving public services, and enhancing the quality of life for residents. The investments are expected to boost transportation, civic amenities, and regional development while generating new economic opportunities and supporting inclusive growth across the district.
During the event, the Chief Minister also distributed approval letters, house keys, and toolkits to beneficiaries of various government welfare schemes. These initiatives are intended to empower citizens by providing housing assistance, livelihood support, and access to essential government benefits, particularly for economically weaker sections.
Highlighting the government's commitment to inclusive development, Yogi Adityanath said that improved connectivity has become a key driver of economic growth, investment, and employment in Uttar Pradesh.
