CNN Central News and Network–ITDC India ePress/ITDC News Bhopal: Amid an investigation into the alleged embezzlement of offerings and donation funds at the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be on a visit to Ayodhya on Friday. Ahead of his visit, the administration has suggested that Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust General Secretary Champat Rai send a representative instead of attending the meeting in person.

According to information, after questions were raised over the management of offerings and donation money received at the temple, the administration has intensified the inquiry process. In this connection, related documents and arrangements are being reviewed.

During his visit, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will review arrangements at the Ram Temple complex, facilities for devotees, security measures, and the progress of construction work. He may also seek a report from officials on matters linked to the offerings.

Meanwhile, the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has said that a complete account of offerings and donations received at the temple is maintained transparently, and that all financial procedures are conducted under prescribed rules.

Amid the offerings dispute and the probe, the Chief Minister’s visit is being seen as important from both administrative and political perspectives. All eyes are now on what steps the government and the administration take after the review meeting.
