CNN Central News & Network-ITDC India Epress/ITDC News Bhopal: More than 1,000 students of the AISECT Group’s Rabindranath Tagore University and Scope Global Skills University took part in CM Youth Conclave-2026, organised at Lal Parade Ground in Bhopal. Both universities set up their stalls at the conclave. Students were introduced to new possibilities in innovation and employment along with education.

During the programme, students interacted with Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav. They also viewed experiments and displays related to science, entrepreneurship, agriculture, mental health and artificial intelligence. On the occasion, the Chief Minister watched a street play presented by Tagore National School of Drama and appreciated it. From the AISECT Group, RNTU Deputy Registrar Sameer Choudhary played an important role as coordinator and nodal officer in coordinating the participation and arrangements of the universities. RNTU Vice-Chancellor Dr R.P. Dubey, Registrar Dr Sangeeta Johri, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Sanjeev Gupta, Dr Ritwik Choubey, Dr Preeti Singh, and from SGSU Dr V.K. Gupta, Dr Vinod Sharma and other representatives were present.

RNTU’s stall drew the attention of students. At the stall of AISECT Group’s RNTU, presentations on Science Centre activities, the Atal Incubation Centre, agriculture and food innovation, and mental health were prominent. The Science Centre informed students about sky observation through a telescope, space awareness and practical science experiments. Through the Atal Incubation Centre, activities related to startups, prototype development, the drone workspace and entrepreneurship were displayed.

In the agriculture and food innovation section, different crops and their varieties were displayed. Information was also given on organic farming, organic manure, soil and water testing and food processing. This gave students an opportunity to understand the use of science and technology in agriculture. Mental health and mental well-being were also given special space at the RNTU stall. Topics such as self-awareness, positive thinking, relationships, the ability to cope with stress, healthy habits, goal-setting and time management were presented in a simple manner.

Youth explore future opportunities from farming to artificial intelligence at conclave

AISECT’s ‘Kaushal Rath’ bus was also a centre of attraction at the programme. The Chief Minister also inspected the bus and praised it. In the bus linked to the National Artificial Intelligence Literacy Programme, students were introduced to artificial intelligence and future skills. Students from several universities who attended the programme went inside the bus and viewed its activities and technical presentations.

At the conclave, SGSU student Lakshya Shrivastava directly interacted with Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav. Lakshya asked about the growing interest of youth in sports in Madhya Pradesh and the government’s efforts to make the state a sports hub. The Chief Minister spoke about the large sports complex being built in Bhopal, including sports as a subject in schools and developing sports grounds in assembly constituencies. He also informed the gathering that 2027 would be celebrated as Youth Year.

Along with knowledge and dialogue, cultural performances were also held at the programme. Kabir Cafe’s performance connected the youth with a different shade of music. After this, singer Jubin Nautiyal filled the programme with enthusiasm through his performance. Students thoroughly enjoyed the event. Several office-bearers of both universities were present at the programme.
