Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Bhopal, Pankaj Tyagi conducted a comprehensive inspection of safety and passenger facilities in the division, accompanied by Senior Divisional Electrical Engineer (TRO) Sachit Sharma and Senior Divisional Mechanical Engineer R. P. Khare.
During the inspection, the DRM conducted a footplate inspection on the Vande Bharat Express traveling between Rani Kamalapati Railway Station and Jhansi. During the journey, he observed safety standards along with the loco pilot and interacted with passengers to collect feedback on the facilities. He also reviewed the arrangements available at the running room in Jhansi and provided instructions to ensure better facilities for the crew.
On the return journey, the DRM conducted another footplate inspection on the Shatabdi Express from Jhansi to Rani Kamalapati Railway Station and evaluated various operational aspects.
The DRM instructed the concerned officials to further strengthen safety, punctuality, and passenger facility standards to ensure that travelers have a safe and high-quality travel experience.
