After air quality worsened in Delhi-NCR ahead of Diwali, CAQM implemented GRAP-3 restrictions, including curbs on dust-generating construction and vehicles.

Delhi-NCR air is feared to enter the severe category from Dhanteras on November 6, with CAQM likely to consider GRAP-3 curbs as pollution worsens.
